MBA Carrer Forum organizes one of the events that brings together over 400 multinational companies looking for qualified graduates who want to be part of their company. These qualified graduates consist of the local population but also with the foreign employees who want to be part of a big company located in Barcelona. In this event the presence of international students increased at 95% in the last edition (2013): Africa (2%), Asia (17%), Europe (38%), North America (14%), Latin America (19%) and Middle East (10%).

And new professions require different management.  Before the economic situation complicated definitely, the socio market was already exhibiting signs of change. The enormous speed with which this was produced was the substrate of all transformations. Five great revolutions are still active, as its consequences, for those who want to assert their talents in search of a job, for those who track the market to get candidates with the right skills. The economic newspaper Expansion published one article about management of the new employment. In it, it is said that one of the major changes concerning the new relationship between the employee and the employer is dominated by a basic idea: people don’t see themselves as part of the company. Also there are new professions. Today people should be creative in how getting their result and they have to adapt easily in new situations. The article speaks also about a new reward system. The employers give the reward in a long term. They hope that you fulfill their expectations.
